Girls, you know when you have so much going on in your head that you are trying to keep straight, and you just feel like you're waiting for the boat to capsize? We multi-task and analyze a billion things at once, so of course we slip up on occasion, mostly in minor ways of course. We forget the butter, heaven forbid. Typically, we handle it. We like staying busy so we keep lists and fit as much in as we can. But then comes the time where slowly we feel... let's say a little under-appreciated. We get down on ourselves because not everything is happening the way we wanted. Yep, you got it. We had expectations and they left us disappointed. Expectations mostly of ourselves, but also of our lover, our kids, our family, our friends, and someone said something and BAM - mental-breakdown.

And what do we do? cry. Cry because ya know what - we need to let out some of this frustration. Men, we don't need you to solve anything. Maybe just hold us. Maybe just comfort us and say it's all going to be alright and then help us get back up again. Don't hold it against us. Realize that we sometimes have a limit and
