Bon appetit!

The goal is to try, on occasion. For someone who loves food so much, you think I'd be able to cook it. Believe it or not, I never really ate that much in the past. I guess getting older allows you to appreciate more things. My mind has been expanded, along with my stomach ;)



Cajun Shrimp & Rice with Veggies

Note: Vanilla milk works just as good as 1% regular



Butter Chicken Tacos w/peppers

Note: add guacamole for an even better taste


Pudding Cake w/ Whipped Cream

Note: Fresh strawberries would make it look and taste better.
There is a pudding and whipped cream layer in the middle.


Sweet Potatoes

Note: the goal was to have them fried like french fries
but these were soft in 15-20 minutes and a good way to cook them for a side.
just add s&p along with the oil and a little garlic powder
...but instead of baking, I will just fry them on the stove next time.
