So I've been more obsessed with the food I put in my body these days.
My roommates from over the summer can attest to this.
I was probably most obnoxious,
but it kills me that we had free cake once a week
and then every body had a summer birthday.
AND YOU KNOW ME AND FREE FOOD
I am still having a hard time figuring out why I didn't have more wedding food
what was I thinking
I'd die for chocolate covered pretzels and egg rolls right now.

No - those are not on the appropriate diet.
but moderation in all things xoxo
So here are certain things I watch for now...
- no enriched flour - white corn tortillas or whole wheat everything
- I still add some flour in white gravy
- say no to corn syrup - that's right - no pb&j =X
- I give in when I have pancakes
- no saturated fats and def no trans fats
- which means sometimes small amounts of sat fat
- healthy cereals - like Kashi and Special K (yogurt bites are the best!)
- reduced fat milk - I swear I might as well go slim
- no juice - except v8 splash - strawberry kiwi (lovelove)
- no mayo
- and VERY limited pure sweets
- I still love my instant oatmeal
- I hardly ever go out to eat
- and I try to keep it to several small meals a day
- not eating past 7/8 - nothing more than cereal
- snack on oranges and apples when they're cheap
- would love berries to be on sale more often!!! love smoothies
- I limit cheese and I hear I should go greek yogurt
- no soda

common meals?
- tortillas, beans, salsa
- turkey sandwiches - lettuce & tomato
- tuna + pasta w/ avocado, egg, purple grapes
- Kashi or Special K cereal - w/ banana
- I love fish sandwiches - grilled Talapia
- Broiled fish w/ brown rice and zucchini or broccoli (white gravy)
- Broiled bbq chicken w/ mashed potatoes + peas
- Chocolate rice cake with peanut butter
I'm always looking for new stuff - please let me in!
I just got my printer working again and printed me some coupons
